SYLLABUS OUTLINE

Our objective is to make dance and performing arts accessible to all.  We achieve this in a number of ways:

 

  • Actively promoting a knowledge of dance

  • Maintaining and improving standards in teaching practice

  • To qualify, by means of examination and assessment, teachers in the techniques taught in our member schools

  • Provide, through our syllabi, techniques to train dancers for their future

 

Our programmes of study (POS) are fresh, innovative and exciting and all teachers are encouraged to learn all new material introduced.  

 

We provide our members with access to CPD courses throughout the year.
