IDT Teachers offer relaxed and friendly classes for adults (16+) to learn new skills and socialise. This helps with confidence building at the same time as keeping fit! Many people find the gym monotonous and therefore do not stick with an exercise routine - dance classes are enjoyable and fun and you don't even realise you are exercising.  


Maybe you are someone that thinks you can't dance because you aren't flexible or have trouble with rhythm - you will probably surprise yourself and realise that this can be learnt and you do not have to be amazing to start off with.
